Before stepping into the world of visual storytelling, Kabir successfully led multiple ventures in sectors like agriculture, technology, and services, where he built a strong reputation for driving growth, innovation, and team excellence.

Although not originally from the VFX industry, Kabir’s passion for creativity and his belief in the power of visual media inspired him to co-found Cinepost Studio along with a team of highly experienced VFX professionals. His vision is to bridge business expertise with artistic talent, creating a studio that not only delivers cutting-edge visual effects but also fosters collaboration, innovation, and global-quality standards.

At Cinepost Studio, Kabir focuses on strategy, client partnerships, and building a strong foundation for long-term success—while his creative partners bring in decades of VFX mastery.

Managing Director

Naveen Kumar is a highly skilled VFX Supervisor with extensive experience in leading complex VFX projects across film, OTT, and commercial platforms. With a deep understanding of both creative aesthetics and technical pipelines, he bridges the gap between artistic vision and execution.

Throughout his career, Naveen has overseen a wide range of VFX disciplines including roto, paint, compositing, and matchmove, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output. He is known for his sharp eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to guide teams through challenging sequences with clarity and precision.

At Cinepost Studio, Naveen plays a key role in supervising project pipelines, reviewing shot quality, and aligning the creative direction with client expectations. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, mentorship, and a commitment to delivering visuals that elevate the storytelling experience.

Ajay Kumar is a talented and detail-driven Compositing Supervisor with a strong command over shot integration, color balance, and visual storytelling. With years of hands-on experience in film and episodic post-production, Ajay has worked across a wide range of VFX shots — from subtle cleanups to full CG composites.

He specializes in bringing all visual elements together to create seamless, photorealistic final frames. Whether it's green screen keying, cleanup, multi-layer compositing, or environment integration, Ajay leads his team with technical clarity and creative finesse.

At the studio, Ajay ensures each shot meets the highest standards of quality, working closely with prep, roto, and 3D teams. His sharp eye, workflow discipline, and mentorship ability make him a key pillar of the production pipeline.

Rahul Chauhan

IT Manager

Rahul Chauhan oversees the studio’s entire IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance across all systems and workstations. With deep expertise in networking, data security, and hardware management, he plays a critical role in supporting high-performance VFX workflows. Rahul is known for his quick troubleshooting, structured planning, and ability to keep the technical backbone of the studio running smoothly under pressure.
