Naveen is the Founder and VFX Supervisor at Cinepost Studio, bringing over 15 years of experience in the VFX industry. With a strong background in roto, prep, and comp workflows, he has led numerous high-end film and OTT projects with precision and creative integrity.

Before founding Cinepost, Naveen worked in key supervisory roles, where he honed his skills in managing teams, maintaining visual continuity, and delivering production-ready results under tight deadlines. His journey from artist to leader reflects his deep commitment to the craft and his eye for invisible VFX.

At Cinepost, he leads with a clear vision: to build a studio that blends artistic quality, technical discipline, and a collaborative work culture. Under his guidance, the team continues to deliver seamless VFX solutions that support powerful storytelling.

Ajay Kumar

Comp. Supervisor

Ajay Kumar is a talented and detail-driven Compositing Supervisor with a strong command over shot integration, color balance, and visual storytelling. With years of hands-on experience in film and episodic post-production, Ajay has worked across a wide range of VFX shots — from subtle cleanups to full CG composites.

He specializes in bringing all visual elements together to create seamless, photorealistic final frames. Whether it's green screen keying, cleanup, multi-layer compositing, or environment integration, Ajay leads his team with technical clarity and creative finesse.

At the studio, Ajay ensures each shot meets the highest standards of quality, working closely with prep, roto, and 3D teams. His sharp eye, workflow discipline, and mentorship ability make him a key pillar of the production pipeline.

Zill Roygaga

HR Manager

Zill Roygaga is an accomplished HR Manager with a strong track record in building productive teams, improving workplace culture, and implementing effective HR strategies within the creative and VFX industry. With expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, and performance management, Zill plays a vital role in shaping the people-driven foundation of Cinepost Studio.
